Smart tags for business — built for you, not by you

Put your business
on the object.

A Virda tag turns a machine, a room, a product — anything physical — into a live channel your customer opens with one tap of their phone. No app. No sign-up. And whatever they send comes straight back to you.

  • Nothing to install

They tap, it opens. No app, no account, no scanning instructions taped to a wall.

  • You never program a tag

Tags arrive already written and assigned to you. Name it, switch it on, done.

  • Change it without touching it

Point a tag at something new from your dashboard. The sticker on the wall stays put.

One tag. Whatever your business needs it to do.

Pick the business closest to yours and tap through it — including sending something back, so you can see where it lands.

What comes back to you

Faults arrive with the serial number attached

No more guessing which unit, which model, which install. The report knows what it came from, and lands with the photo already on it.

A QR code is a one-way street.

It sends someone to a page, and that's where it ends. The part that actually changes how a business runs is the traffic coming the other way.

Outward only

  • Opens a page. Nothing comes back.
  • The same code for every unit, or a printing job for each one.
  • Change where it points and you reprint and re-stick.
  • You find out something broke when someone finally calls.

Both directions

  • Reports, photos and messages land in your dashboard.
  • Every one tagged to the exact unit it came from.
  • Repoint a tag from your desk — the sticker never moves.
  • Email alerts per tag, to whoever should actually deal with it.

Every Virda tag carries a QR code too — for older phones and for anyone who'd rather scan. It goes to the same place. The tap is just the faster door.

Year one it's useful. Year four it's irreplaceable.

Everything that happens to a thing lands on it — services, inspections, faults, readings. Whoever taps it next sees the whole story, without asking anyone or finding a folder.

A QR code is identical on day one and day one thousand. This is worth more every year, and most of it arrives on its own: a fault reported from the tag is on the record before anyone has opened a laptop.

You decide what the public sees. Show an owner the service record to prove the unit has been looked after — or keep the whole thing to your own team.

How it works

Three steps, and only one of them is yours.

  1. 01

    We build it around you

Tell us how your business runs. We design the tap experience, write the tags and ship them already assigned to your account.

  2. 02

You name them and switch them on

Tap a tag, give it a name, fill in your details — your number, your booking link, your manual. That's the whole setup.

  3. 03

    The world taps back

Their phone opens your page instantly. Scans, reports and photos flow into your dashboard as they happen.

Built for you, not configured by you

Tell us what your business does.

We'll come back with what we'd put a tag on, what happens when someone taps it, and what you'd get back. Specific to you — not a brochure.

Pricing depends on how many tags you're running and what we build for you, so we'll work it out together once we know what you need.

Goes straight to us — no newsletter, no sales sequence. Or email hello@virda.online. What we do with it: privacy.
